The Caguas Tourism Office is a free access visitor infomation and service center for visitors to Puerto Rico. The goal in renovating the tourism office was to achieve a space where all employees would have some privacy, yet also have a broad view of the entire area, so that no visitor would be left unattended. They wanted to create a space defined by colonial elegance with a contemporary feel. Caguas Tourism ultimately chose to use the AIS Matrix product for the ability to incorporate a modern-colonial feel using different finishes including metal, fabric and wood. With Matrix, they were able to create semi-private spaces to meet with visitors and also have areas to train new staff responsible for guided tours. AIS offered Caguas Tourism the sophistocated look they wanted, in a quality product that was able to meet all of their needs and exceed their expectations.
